Description of the unofficial opening of the artist run restaurant Food on Sept. 25. Food was conceived by Carol Goodden, managed by Tina Girouard, Suzanne Harris, and Gooden. Gordon Matta acted as general contractor and architectural designer. Rachel Lew was in charge of recipes and the resident chef was Robert Prado. Artists enlisted to cook include Randall Arabie, Julie Judd, Richard Landry, Gordon Matta, Italo Scanga, and Hisachika Takashashi.
